This dress was an experiment to see wether or not peter pan collars suited me. I'd gotten it into my head that they didn't, because of this one blouse I once had that looked awful on me. So, I bought this cheap handmade dress to see what I thought and it was like this dress had been handmade just for me! I'm so happy I branched out into peter pan collars because they're now one of my favourite features.
